Biography
I am currently working as a Project Scientist at the International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials (ARCI), Hyderabad, where I am engaged in the development of a 10 kW Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) Pilot Plant facility.
My research focuses on the development of optically transparent and translucent doped-zirconia ceramic materials for advanced technological applications. I have extensive experience in laboratory-scale nanomaterials synthesis and ceramic fabrication using diverse sintering techniques to investigate their structural, mechanical, and functional properties. My work primarily centers on doped-zirconia, doped-ceria, and magnesium orthotitanate ceramic systems.
I am proficient in advanced materials characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric–differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), and UV–Visible spectroscopy. These skills enable me to conduct comprehensive research and development in advanced ceramics and nanomaterials for clean energy and high-performance materials technologies.
