The quarterly meetings of Official Language Implementation Committee (OLIC) are chaired by the Director and resolutions are passed for implementation of the Official Language (O.L.) Policy according to the requirements in ARCI.

To Chair the OLIC meetings in the absence of the Chairman.
Member Secretary
To convene quarterly OLIC meetings. Collect data on implementation of Hindi and forward the reports to Dept. of Science & Technology, Govt of India, New Delhi, Regional Rajbhasha Office, Banglore, Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC), Hyderabad and Dept. of Offical Language, MoHA, New Delhi. Seek suggestions from other members for progressive implementation of Hindi. Implement the decisions taken by the Committee with the assistance of Hindi cell and to oversee 100% implementation of Section3(3) under O.L. Act.
Activities
- To hold quarterly OLIC Meetings.
- To hold quarterly Hindi workshops/Seminars.
- To organise Hindi Day/week.
- To conduct Hindi Competitions like,Noting & Drafting, Essay Writing, Hindi Typing, Elocution and Quiz etc.
- To promote Implementation of Hindi incentive Scheme for carrying out official work in Hindi.
- Display of Circulars/Office Orders/I.O.N.'s etc. on Digital Boards in Bilingual.
- Imparting Hindi Training classes under Hindi Teaching Scheme &HTS) in Prabodh, Praveen and Pragya Courses- Conducted by HTS, Dept. of Official Language, Govt. of India.
