Details

  • The fine powders obtained from Jet Mill is taken to the third stage for making the magnet.    The powders are subsequently taken into the NPLP unit where in these powders are filled into molds of specific shape designed based on the product dimensions.   This is achieved in two stages by air tapping the powders and then followed by mechanical tapping.   Once the powders are filled the powders are magnetically aligned using a pulse magnetizer.   The aligned powders are then taken and inserted into a sintering furnace and heated to high temperatures (~1100 oC) to obtain sintered blocks of Nd-Fe-B
